Before joining Exum’s team, Cole earned a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and later designed chassis and suspension components for Indian Motorcycles. Outside of Exum, you can find him either covered in grease or covered in chalk between building motorcycles and climbing rock faces.
